– 1 lb of catfish fillet, washed
– 3 cloves garlic, crushed
– 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
– 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
– 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
– 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
– 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
– Preheat your grill.Place the washed catfish on a large piece of aluminum foil, folding up the edges to make a makeshift pan.
– Place on your grill, then pour all of other ingredients over top and cook for 5-8 minutes or until done.
