
Ingredients:
– 15 oz of teriyaki sauce
– 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
– 1 tablespoon of garlic, chopped
– 1 ½ lb of flank steak
Directions:
– In a shallow pan, combine all the ingredients and marinate, covered, for at least 1 hour in your refrigerator.
– Preheat your grill to medium.
– Place the flank steak directly onto the hot grill.
– Cook for 8-10 minutes for rare, 10-12 minutes for medium, 12-15 minutes for well done. Turn the steak occasionally to avoid burning.
